A kitchen’s most useful combination of a deep and shallow skillet in one, is perfect for those occasions when family and friends gather for a meal. The Combo cooker features two pieces; the first being a deep skillet and the second piece designed to be used as a lid for the deep skillet/casserole or separately as a shallow skillet. Perfect for bread-making and a Sourdough favourite.

The secret to exceptional sourdough comes down to two things: heat and steam. The Combo Cooker delivers both, with superior heat retention and a tight seal that locks in moisture as your loaf bakes. The result? A beautifully risen loaf with a crisp, golden crust and tender crumb.

Crafted to last for generations, Lodge cast iron won’t dent, bend, or warp, even at high temperatures. It’s built for a lifetime of cooking, baking, and sharing meals.

Pre-seasoned and ready to use, Lodge cast iron is manufactured with tightly controlled metal chemistry and precise mould tolerances. This ensures consistent quality, even heat distribution, and reliable performance every time you step into the kitchen.

Using your Seasoned Cast Iron:

  • Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase.
  • Cook over any heat source (including induction).
  • Oven safe.
  • Durable cast iron can handle any type of utensil - even metal.

To care for your Seasoned Cast Iron:

  • Hand wash and dry immediately—even before first use.
  • Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash.
  • How much oil? Enough to restore the sheen, without being “sticky”. Why? To keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.
  • It's okay to use a little soap when needed, just make sure you dry thoroughly and apply a little oil afterwards.
