Refund policy

Return due to damage or faulty product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Promotional & Sale Items Policy

Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotional offer are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes any items discounted for clearance, seasonal promotions, or purchased using a promotional code or offer.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully when purchasing sale or promotional items. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, or product details, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We accept returns on full priced Barbour clothing and shoes only (excluding accessories).

Returns must be:

  • requested within 7 days of delivery
  • in new, unworn condition
  • returned with original tags and packaging

You may choose:

  • refund
  • exchange (subject to availability)
  • store credit

Fees & deductions:

  • All orders incur a $20 shipping and handling fee 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
