To use:
- Use the curved blade to gently score the dough without cutting too deeply or applying too much pressure.
- If the dough sticks to the blade, wet the blade with water between cuts.
- To create the traditional ear shape, hold the bread lame at a 30° angle to the dough surface and cut 5 mm deep.
- Carefully wipe clean with a damp cloth - the blade is sharp!
