A modern twist on a timeless classic, this 30cm pre-seasoned cast iron pan with two loop-style handles is perfect for everyday cooking, from pancakes in the morning to roast chicken at night.
It's compact design with two loop-style handles is easy to store and is perfect for the stovetop (including induction), oven, on the grill or over the campfire. The loop-handle design fits nicely in the oven and looks even better on the table.
Using your Seasoned Cast Iron:
- Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase (for more information on seasoning, click here).
- Cook over any heat source, including induction.
- Heat gradually and evenly. Avoid heating cast iron too quickly or applying extremely high heat to a concentrated area, as sudden or uneven temperature changes can cause cast iron to warp.
- When cooking on a stovetop, use a heat source that is appropriately sized for your cookware to help promote even heating.
- Oven safe.
- Durable cast iron can handle any type of utensil - even metal.
To care for your Seasoned Cast Iron:
- Hand wash and dry immediately—even before first use.
- Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash.
- How much oil? Enough to restore the sheen, without being “sticky”. Why? To keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.
- It's okay to use a little soap when needed, just make sure you dry thoroughly and apply a little oil afterwards.
