Each piece of Moorcroft is turned on the lathe to perfect the shape, then the Designs are applied by Tubelining with a liquefied clay, just like icing a cake. The colours are then applied by hand, the pottery is fired twice which then produces the brilliance of colour. The Moorcroft Pot With Lid Petaldome 401/5 comes with its own unique Moorcroft markings and is presented in a blue Moorcroft Box.
